Programme Faculty

The PhD in Business Management programme at Istanbul University is conducted by a combination of academics coming from diverse fields in business studies. The programme curriculum is based on four major research areas; (1) management and strategy, (2) organisational behaviour, (3) human resource management, and (4) organisational theory. The main focus of the programme is on business management. However, students will also have the opportunity to improve their skills in analytical tools and to dwell upon topics related to functional fields in business studies (e.g. marketing, finance, accounting, operations management).
